Braving it alone . . .
Our first full day in Beijing was a free day and we functioned without a guide. We had the breakfast buffet in the hotel and took some walks. We napped a lot and then took a trip to McDonalds and a little shopping area. Here are some pics from the day (sorry, phone was on square mode for pics). Hope the video turns out, just a little sampling of traffic.
